Taekwon-Do Classes
Our Taekwon-Do Classes
Montaño Taekwon-Do offers a variety of courses for beginner to advanced students and for young to not so young students.
All instruction is given with neurodivergent accommodations in mind.
Neurodivergent Accessability
All classes are neurodivergent friendly, they have to be, the head instructor is AuDHD! Classes are rooted in support for all brains, including access to and inclusion of fidgets, compassion for sensory processing and overwhelm, and an open communication between fellow students and student to instructor.
Sabum Montaño strives to keep her classes as accessible as possible to her fellow neurodivergents providing adaptations for dyslexia, support for autistic processing, focused and energetic training for ADHDers, understanding for Tourette’s ticks, and of course our neurotypical friends.
Sabum Montaño is committed to meeting you where you are at and working with you to reach your goals and potential.
