Ms. Montaño was appointed Director of Special Needs for TAO Canada in May 2021. Her mandate is to establish and administer resources to assist instructors with the diverse needs of their students.  As an ADHDer and Autistic self-advocate, she is committed to inclusively teaching Taekwon-Do unchanged to all students be they Speaking or Non-speaking Autistics, ADHDers, Neurotypical or Neurodivergent.
